Canyon Raft Company

Canyon Raft Company is owned and operated by Blair Craig and Lynn Muller and has been operating in Fernie since 1995.

Blair has been raft guilding in BC since 1986. He is a trip leader, guide examiner, and River Rescue 3 instructor. He has been kayaking since 1978. Lynn has been rafting since 1993 and kayaking since 1989.

All our guides are BC licensed and certified in Industrial or Wilderness First Aid and River Rescue, as well as having extensive knowledge about the Fernie area, geology and history.

Our equipment includes fifteen and sixteen foot self-bailing rafts, each holding up to 8 people with enough rafts to accommodate up to 46 people at a time.

Our rafts can be run either as a paddle raft or an oar rig with paddle assist. The oar rig increases the guide’s ability to control and offers passengers more opportunity to hang on.

Our product is a safe and enjoyable trip on the river. We provide the highest quality equipment and professional guides licensed by the Province of British Columbia and trained in both first aid and river rescue.
