This is a full day trip picking up at Fernie Alpine Resort for 9:45am or in Elko at the Canco Hilltop Gas Station & Store for 10:15am (MST)

What Do I Bring
- Bathing suit or light shorts to wear under wetsuit (no cotton)
- Shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and dirty and secure

Lower Elk River
The Elk River Canyon is a large volume Class IV river with steep canyon walls of unique geology. With unique geology comes unique hydrology, which helps form all of the exciting rapids. This is our most popular run. From May to September the Elk River Canyon is a classic river run that has it all; exciting rapids, amazing wilderness, and cliff jumping. Looking up you may be rewarded with sightings of big game animals and birds of prey. With no roads or trails along this stretch of river the only way to experience it is by boat. Bull River
In the spring when the snow melts and the rains come, the Bull River changes from a small mountain river to a roaring whitewater run! This spring trip offered in May and June delivers all the thrill of great river running. Stunning mountain scenery steeped in history surrounds you as you eat waves paddling through an uninhabited river valley flowing through the Majestic Rocky Mountains. The excitement builds with each set of rapids to the climax in the lower canyon, an incredible crescendo of whitewater. The Lower Bull Canyon is one of the most sustained stretches of class IV water in the area.

Youth Policy
Please call before booking youth on the River Wild. The water level of the river varies throughout the season so make sure you call before you book to ensure the trip is suitable for the youth in your party.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a full refund (less 10% processing fee) if the booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the trip. If the trip is cancelled within the 7 day period we offer a refund (less 50% cancellation fee) for groups of less than 8, no refund will be given for groups of 8 or more. No refund will be given for bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the trip. Make sure you read the youth policy on the booking page before booking youth.
